Chicago rapper Phor released his new single “Cardio” today. The Lehday-produced track was delivered with an accompanying visual. Drenched in wordplay, the track’s 808-heavy soundscape is the perfect workout companion, while the Art Camp-directed video lightheartedly touches on Phor’s personal journey to a healthy cardio-filled lifestyle. “It helps more mentally than physically,” explains Phor. “Cardio” is available on all streaming platforms now, watch the video HERE.
