(Video) Cam Blair – Pick It Up @camblairnyc

Queen’s artist Cam Blair’s recent visual for “Pick It Up” presents another perspective to club life. While Blair and his entourage are boxed-in with lights, which pay homage to 90’s music videos, it also illuminates the mishappenings in night time activities. Blair’s lyrics challenge the gloricatication of club norms. While we may believe we are having a good time, in reality we may be going over budget, are tempted by lust, and surrounded by individuals who have toxic motives. His upbeat tempo and revelation lyrics fit well with the music of the night, but gives listeners an incentive to be more cautious of their behavior.

(Video) Sir Will feat. Judge Da Boss – “Moment of Truth” @IAMSIRWILL

Compton bred Phoenix based rapper Sir Will just released a new video for “Moment of Truth”, an unhinged anthem of perseverance that features fellow Arizona rapper Judge Da Boss. With production by Pandora Nightz, the song’s masterful and dynamic elements keep listener’s on their toes for a fresh and invigorating musical listen marked with effortless flow, throbbing bass and heavy-hitting synths. The video for “Moment of Truth” was inspired by 2pac & Dr. Dre’s “California Love” but with an action-packed desert vibe.
With influences such as 2 Pac, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne as well as notable battle rappers Tay Roc, Tsu Surf, Geechi Gotti, and Math Hoffa, Sir Will has no limits when it comes to fusing musical styles. “I’m from the West Coast, so you will be able to hear that in my slang, the way I talk. But I want you to hear the East Coast lyricism, all the way to that South bounce. I want to be able to deliver it from all areas like it’s never been done before.”
Outside of music, Sir Will finds purpose by giving back to the community and educating inner city youth on financial literacy. With more music on the horizon, Sir Will is not showing signs of slowing down anytime soon. “The message is simple – I’m here to create great music and deliver it from the perspective of someone who came from nothing and who has seen success before all the music and fame.”
