(EP) Leaf – “Fashion Bitch” @ItsMeLeaf

NYC native rapper / songwriter Leaf drops highly anticipated EP “Fashion Bitch” today, available on all streaming platforms. Fashion Bitch via SLANG features her two singles “Is It You” that dropped on Paper Magazine last month as well as the title track “Fashion Bitch”, both that have continued to generate momentum and buzz.
Her project follows her 2017 record “Trinity” as Leaf focuses on her path to independence as a woman and an artist. Female empowerment is a big part of Leaf’s identity and this project stays true to that. “Sexual identity and identifying sexuality are avenues that I am continuously exploring through my own sexual independence. Girls now have the power to be entrepreneurs everyday from Only Fans to CEOs of corporate empires to owning cosmetic companies” states Leaf. Her goal for this album is to uplift women. “The world is our oyster & I’m here for the pearls. “ In her spare time she can be seen modeling in campaigns for Pat McGrath, Baby Phat, Calvin Klein, and more.
When asked about her inspirations and creative process around Fashion Bitch, Leaf explains:
“Fashion Bitch is me in my full element, it’s just the beginning to the story of Leaf. I had to let people know who I am. A girl from New York whose been in fashion for a while I wanted to give a taste of the high life, low life, sex life and street life. The project shows what I’m about and visuals that show different sides of me people haven’t seen yet. As well as give the fuck you anthems and motivation people have been waiting for. My music is a baddie vibe. The follow up EP will be COUTURE at the end of this year.”
You could say Leaf is a “fashion bitch.” She isn’t afraid to show off her flashy side, flaunt designer looks, or serve a look when she’s walking down the runway, but she’s also paving her own lane as a rapper and a musician. Fashion Bitch also happens to be the title of Leaf’s forthcoming EP, an apt description of a part of her personality that’s fueled her creativity.
Raised in New York City, Leaf, a self-proclaimed multihyphenate, not only models and raps, but is a true artist. Now 24, she has only built on what she started as a young phenom. Leaf has continued writing and producing her own music, directing and editing her own videos, and even designing her own MBM (Magnetic Bitch Movement) clothing line.
Fashion Bitch is the culmination of Leaf’s growth both personally and professionally. Fueled by the artists that came before her like Janet Jackson, Aaliyah, Lil’ Kim and Foxy Brown, Leaf crafts an infectious blend of R&B and rap on her new EP. With their influence, Leaf wants to give listeners a perspective of what New York rap is like from a female standpoint, by creating a space for herself once again in the industry. As she echoes the swagger and confidence her debut project delivered, she also lets her emotions fly free.–

Former Heavyweight Champ Prince Charles Martin and USA Boxing Natl champion NOBODYKNOWBIGHAMM Fight The Power”
Prince Charles Martin and Jonathan “Nobody Know Big Hamm” also known as the Philosophical Fighters are taking their fighting skills to a new level, and fighting with their voice social justice, the empowerment of women, respect for all people of color, and challenging the cowards in the District of Columbia that are doing their best to revert our country to the days of Jim Crow.
Prince Charles Martin stated, “if we are going to take down these people in power, we must come together as a team. We need all nationalities (rich and poor) to unite against these rich oppressors, because it is the US against the White House”. Public Enemy said it best, we must “Fight the Power.”
Jonathan “Nobody Know Big Hamm” said, “for years we have let them divide us, use us, and brainwash us into turning against our own.” They preyed on the weak, the uneducated, but that is a thing of the past, because we are WOKE! We are going to UNITE; we are here to FIGHT for all that have been victimized by the actions and policies of a corrupt government. Fight The Power!

Jonathan Hamm wants us to Stand With Our Immigrants!!!! @nobodyknowbighamm
Jonathan Hamm is a former NFL, #1 ranked USA Boxing Champion and Hollywood actor (Big Fan), discusses social justice and unity amongst African Americans and Hispanics during this political climate. Big Hamm’s TikTok is a motivational mix of women empowerment, philosophy and down to earth politics with his southern heavy Atlanta accent.
BigHamm stated in an interview with WelshDaGod that, “Growing up in a family of Freemasons, I was born to be of service to the people. My grandmother was the Grand Matron of Georgia and my mother was the Head of Education of Freemasons Order of The Eastern Stars”(BigHamm). His parents were taught to live a life of service by his late great grandmother Gracie Mae Smith who would spend her last dollar feeding random people of need in the streets of Atlanta. Big Hamm’s grandfather John Bell is a 33rd degree Freemason and he served on S.N.C.C (Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee) with Atlanta greats, Martin Luther King, John Lewis, Ralph David Abernathy and Andrew Young.
