Blavk Goku – Sorrow @1blavkgoku
Blavk Goku’s release “Sorrow” was created to connect with those who have gone through the hardships and stress from having their special someone leave them. He emphasizes in the song that none of that matters with these lyrics, “I don’t have the time for all the things I signed on, please stay on the right though, that way you’re a side hoe”. The single also brings out the truth that lies in Goku’s mind when he talks about dying at any moment does not matter to him.
Blavk Goku is a twenty year old artist coming out of Canada Vancouver, British Columbia. Goku started to gain more attraction after his release “Sorrow” which offers a chill vibe and wavy setting, yet also sad at the same time. The song was added to the Hip-Hop Central and Northern Bars playlists which are curated by Spotify and helped him gain 200k+ streams in a matter of months on Spotify with no actual promotion.
The west coast rapper brings a different vibe to the rap game and wants to be the main artist to represent Vancouver, the same way Drake represents Toronto. He recently had his first club performance at Fortune Sound Club where he opened for Obie Trice, he performed multiple unreleased songs and freestyled over two beats. The crowd loved him. He now follows up Sorrow with his new release “Luv or Hate” out on all platforms.
